Talent Acquisition Intern, Engineering & Product People Team (Fall 2026/Spring 2027)

The Shopee Engineering & Product Recruitment Team partners with engineering and product leaders to attract and hire top tech and product talent across the region. We focus on delivering a high-quality, candidate-first hiring experience while building teams that drive innovation and scale Shopee’s e-commerce platform.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions within the organisation
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
• Post job openings on relevant job boards and social media platforms, and manage candidate applications
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate and organised candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Assist with various HR and administrative tasks and projects

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organised
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn
• Full-time interns preferred (3–6 months)
