Incubation Lead – Fulfillment by Shopee (FBS) (Shopee)

Responsibilities

• Lead the incubation strategy for newly acquired FBS sellers, ensuring a smooth transition from onboarding to sustainable business growth.
• Design and execute structured seller incubation programmes to accelerate seller activation, operational readiness, and marketplace success.
• Drive adoption of Fulfillment by Shopee services, educating sellers on best practices, platform capabilities, and operational excellence.
• Monitor seller performance throughout the incubation period, identifying risks, opportunities, and improvement plans to maximise seller success.
• Partner with Category Management, Commercial, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to resolve seller challenges and improve the end-to-end seller journey.
• Analyse seller performance metrics and customer insights to develop targeted growth initiatives and improve incubation effectiveness.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and lead cross-functional improvement projects to enhance onboarding efficiency, seller experience, and scalability.
• Develop data-driven dashboards and performance reporting to track incubation outcomes and provide actionable business recommendations.
• Build playbooks, training materials, and standard operating procedures to standardise seller onboarding and incubation processes.
• Mentor and coach team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Strategy, Seller Acquisition, Key Account Management, Consulting, or E-commerce.
• Proven track record of driving business growth, acquisition, or marketplace expansion.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive commercial decisions.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
