Business Development (Telesales) (Shopeefood)

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to restaurant partners to offer relevant campaign solutions
• Support campaign participation and help improve partner engagement
• Coordinate with internal teams and share insights from merchant conversations
• Maintain records and updates using Excel and Google Sheets

Requirements

• 1–2 years of telesales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills in Thai (English is a plus)
• Confident in using Excel and Google Sheets
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and thinking
• Proactive attitude, team player, and open to learning
