Your Mission

Responsible for ensuring that the layouts of our sites (Hubs and Cross Docking facilities) are continuously updated and aligned with the company’s growth strategy. The role involves working closely with support functions to ensure the best project studies and designs, including on-site understanding of current processes and standardization through guidelines and alignment. Promote teamwork and collaboration to foster a positive and healthy organizational environment.

Responsibilities

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Operational layout updates.
• Utilize CAD skills to develop innovative and efficient layouts, adapting them to the specific needs of each project and operation.
• Support the development of guidelines for process standardization across operations.
• Analyze data to compare process times and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct on-site tests to validate processes using MTM and time-motion analysis.

Expected Outcomes:

• Ensure compliance with defined deadlines by coordinating all activities and resources involved in the project.
• Ensure alignment with the PMO team to disseminate updates and relevant information to all other areas involved.
• Conduct operational tests to compare methods and process times.
• Develop CAD layouts and maintain an up-to-date layout database.

Requirements

What You Need to Take on This Challenge

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields;
• AutoCAD; Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
• Advanced English
