Seller Management - Mall

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities for the team.
• Manage seller-related concerns and provide timely support and resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor operational tasks, track issues, and follow up on action items.
• Support process improvements and other operational initiatives as needed.
• Assist with marketing, e-commerce, and campaign-related activities when required.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business and seller growth initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, seller support, or stakeholder management.
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience in marketing, e-commerce, or campaign management is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow into roles related to Seller Acquisition or Mart Operations.
