Product Management, SPX Express

Responsibilities

• Define and develop the project-specific product pipeline and roadmap to guarantee the successful delivery of business milestones within the project timeline.
• Analyze business and operational pain points through a data-driven approach to build targeted product solutions for key project deliverables.
• Align and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders on product prioritization, milestones, and progress updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and ensure that all product features are developed in strict accordance with project requirements and quality standards.
• Manage timely product releases against project schedules and deliver comprehensive feature guidelines to key business and operations stakeholders.
• Evaluate and report on feature adoption, post-launch impacts, and success metrics to ensure project objectives are fully met on the ground.
• Identify and implement ongoing product improvements and optimizations based on feedback gathered within the project period.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related technical/quantitative fields.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Product Management, with a strong preference for backgrounds in E-commerce, Logistics, or Technology companies.
• Demonstrated analytical capability and logical thinking to translate complex operational data into product requirements.
• Interest or hands-on experience in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to drive product solutions.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English for professional stakeholder communication.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for product outcomes.
• Self-motivated learner who is highly adaptable to fast-paced changes.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to align expectations across local business, operations, and regional teams.
