Business Development Intern - Fulfilled-by-Shopee Seller Management (Spring 2027)

Join Shopee’s Fulfilled-by-Shopee (FBS) team as a Seller Management Intern, where you’ll play a key role in supporting and growing some of our top-performing FBS sellers. You’ll work closely with sellers to ensure healthy inventory levels, drive business growth, and strengthen their operational excellence on FBS.

This internship is fast-paced, hands-on, and offers valuable exposure to e-commerce operations, account management, and data-driven business decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of top FBS sellers, focusing on business growth and maintaining healthy inventory performance.
• Monitor stock levels, analyse key SKUs, and work closely with sellers to ensure timely replenishment.
• Track key performance metrics such as fulfilment rates, stock health, and sell-through to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in projects such as incubating new-to-FBS sellers, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to succeed.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve operational workflows and overall seller experience.

Requirements

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
