Partnership Lead

Responsibilities

• Build and manage key partnerships, develop additional initiatives to deepen engagement and grow revenue, content and/ or brand results
• Identify new leads in priority markets and sectors, initiate engagement and negotiate partnerships & deals that contribute to defined metrics
• Drive negotiations with partners as company contact point to align and represent multiple internal business unit objectives
• Implement new partners and optimise to achieve and grow target results
• Manage campaign-specific and overall budget, coordinate campaigns with other various marketing channels within the company
• Co-create new products and services with partners and the various specialist teams of Shopee ● Plan, conceptualise and execute promotional/ marketing campaigns while collaborating with partners to ensure successful execution
• Track and analyse key partner performance against goals, highlight growth opportunities and facilitate solutions with partner and internal teams to continually optimise partnership-driven campaigns ● Represent Shopee on relevant platforms (e.g. events, conferences, media) towards existing and potential partners of the tech eco-system
• Manage contract revisions in English with the support of the legal team

Requirements

• A natural relationship-builder with an outgoing personality and a genuine enthusiasm for meeting new people and organisations
• An experienced negotiator with excellent communication skills, comfortable representing company interests at all levels
• A project management pro who thrives in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while keeping timelines and budgets on track
• Data-driven and analytical — you turn performance numbers into actionable stories and opportunities ● Holds a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field
• Relevant experience in partnerships, business development, client servicing, or project management
• Prior experience in a startup, VC, or company-building environment is a strong plus
