Senior Associate, Strategic HR Projects - People Team

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent strategies, frameworks and solutions to support business needs and drive optimal talent outcomes
• Work closely with business leaders and key stakeholders across the region to drive key initiatives around workforce planning, organisational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, etc.
• Manage strategic programmes aimed at driving business value across the region
• Conduct research and analyse data to generate insights, evaluate initiatives and develop solutions to support organisation-wide initiatives
• Coordinate best practices and implement effective programmes across multiple countries

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline
• At least 4 years of relevant HR or management consulting experience, with exposure across multiple domains: workforce planning, talent management, organisational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, etc.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to operate with a high degree of autonomy
• Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Analytical mindset with strong project management and execution skills
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude, able to thrive in a dynamic environment
• A fast learner with an open and adaptable approach
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information and engaging with stakeholders
