Business Product Manager Intern, Regional Operations (Spring 2027)

This internship supports the Regional Operations Experience team in driving business excellence through data analysis and applied AI solutions. The intern will analyse operational data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities, and assist in designing, building, and testing AI agents to enhance process efficiency, decision support, and service quality across regional markets. The role provides hands-on exposure to real-world operations analytics, automation, and AI-driven transformation initiatives in a regional business context.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the team in requirements management, system support and release management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements, propose the product solutions
• Help business to complete AI solutions within Shopee platform and ensure the smooth implementations and follow up adjustments
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders and conduct necessary testings to ensure the smooth delivery of the product solutions
• Conduct data analysis to support feature prioritisation and track post-launch performance

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above in any related discipline
• Must: Ability to break down complex problems into small actionables, draw insights from complex data, and design practical and scalable solutions
• Must: Ability to complete SQL and python coding for simple tasks
• Must: Excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving skills
• Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work with change in a dynamic environment
• Conduct data analysis to support feature prioritisation and track post-launch performance
• Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
