Work Model

Responsibilities

What will your day-to-day be like?

• Execute quantitative exploratory data analysis to identify opportunities.
• Plan, develop, and execute experiments to identify the most efficient channels, ideal target audiences, and most effective incentives for specific campaigns.
• Lead growth initiatives focused on available communication channels with our users, to ensure an increase in performance and to improve user experience.
• Stakeholder Management to push growth initiatives such as VIP
• Implement and optimize automated communication flows by defining content, triggers, audience segmentation, channel selection, and communications cadence.

Requirements

What do you need to take on the challenge?

• Degree Required in Business Administration, engineering, economics, marketing or related fields
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office and Excel Knowledge
• Advanced English
• Previous experience in Growth environments and/or agile culture
