Civil Engineer (Facility)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for on-site execution and delivery of warehouse projects, ensuring construction is completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with engineering and operational requirements.
• Oversee daily construction activities and monitor progress against timeline
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Identify and resolve site issues to minimize delays and rework
• Ensure alignment between construction and operational requirements (e.g., truck flow, dock usability, utilities)
• Track milestones and provide regular progress and risk updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction or site engineering
• Strong knowledge of site development, drainage, roads, and utilities
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively on-site
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD or equivalent
