Cross Border and Regional CN Local Seller (Chinese Nationality - Shopee)

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program management for key CB FBS initiatives, ensuring timely execution across multiple stakeholders.
• Design and maintain business dashboards to monitor core KPIs including FBS Coverage, ADO, OOS Rate, New SKU Inbound, Seller Retention.
• Analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities, operational bottlenecks, and execution gaps through data-driven insights.
• Lead weekly/monthly business reviews and prepare management reports for local and regional leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with Business Development, Operations, Warehouse, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Regional teams to improve seller experience and operational efficiency.
• Develop business cases, strategic proposals, and presentation materials to support new initiatives and leadership decision-making.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery of key business initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above with 2+ years of experience in account management, business development, e-commerce, sales, or related fields.
• Experience managing sellers, merchants, or external partners is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to identify opportunities and drive actions.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or marketplace operations is a plus.
