App- Recruiter 招募專員 / People Team

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes, send interview invitations, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.

• Utilize multiple recruitment channels to support the hiring needs cross regions.

• Handle administrative processes related to salary verification and onboarding procedures.

• Prepare and analyze recruitment reports for management review.

• Perform other tasks and projects assigned by supervisors.

• 履歷篩選、發送面試邀約、執行電話面談，並與用人主管協調安排面試時程。

• 運用多元招募管道，支援跨區域人才招募需求。

• 負責薪資核對及新進人員報到等相關行政作業。

• 製作並分析招募相關報表，提供管理層作為決策參考。

• 執行主管交辦之其他專案及工作事項。

Requirements

1. 具備良好溝通能力及文書處理能力。
2. 態度積極，抗壓性高，能適應電商快節奏之工作環境。
