Senior Affiliate Marketing Solution Strategic Analyst - Marketing, Shopee

Responsibilities

The Affiliate Marketing Solution (AMS) team is currently nested under the Affiliate department and is responsible for overall Affiliate Monetization packages, including Product & Initiatives, Strategy & Planning and Monetization sub team. Responsibilities are broken into 4 key areas:

• Mine large, complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth or optimisation.
• Conduct in-depth analysis on AMS investment & collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive growth strategies for packages.
• Conduct research on current trends, ideas and best practices to drive creative and impactful initiatives.
• Collaborate with Products team for new feature launch, evaluate impacts and data tracking.
• Other tasks assigned by Employer from time to time.

Requirements

• Min 3-year experience in analytical role and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English & Vietnamese (verbal and written).
• Good business sense, good planner, detailed-oriented.
• Strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result-orientation.
• Strong project management, time management.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Good team player with a can-do attitude.
• Passion to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant work experience with brands.
