Regional Financial Planning and Analysis (Monee) Intern - Regional Business Intelligence and Planning (BI&P) (Summer 2026)

Responsibilities

• Assist in consolidating the monthly/quarterly budget for Monee across business segments.
• Perform variance analysis between forecasted and actual results, identifying key drivers and provide insights to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Support the preparation of management presentation materials, including financial summaries, variance analyses, and trend analyses.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Accountancy or Business
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, familiarity with SQL/Python is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate clearly
• Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
