Strategic Talent Acquisition Intern - People Team (Spring 2027)

Responsibilities

• Support the fulfilment of strategy consulting talents across Southeast Asian markets, mainly, and other group business and markets on an ad hoc basis
• Source talents from top strategy consulting firms globally via Linkedin and other channels
• Conduct benchmarking research and analysis on talent markets, progression, compensation, etc to support hiring decisions
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring seamless communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Maintain accurate and organised candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Requirements

• Currently pursuing /enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline
• Having a passion for talent acquisition and strategy consulting
• Accountable, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Objective-oriented, team player, and eager to learn
• Full-time interns preferred (3–12 months)
