Performance & Growth - Business Development

Responsibilities

• Identify and shape high-impact growth strategies and business opportunities to maximize overall performance within project scopes.
• Define key success metrics and target KPIs, translating data and market insights into measurable business impact.
• Drive strategic projects end-to-end through meticulous planning, execution, performance analysis, and regular executive reporting.
• Manage multi-functional stakeholders and mitigate project risks to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered on time and within target milestones.

Requirements

• Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or quantitative fields.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic planning, business modeling, management consulting, or project management.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in data analysis, data crunching, and working with business metrics; familiarity with querying languages (e.g., SQL) is an advantage.
• Track record of owning and executing business growth projects end-to-end.
• Exceptional structured thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex business problems into actionable tasks.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to convey complex analytical insights to leadership.
• High adaptability and drive to manage multiple project workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
