Responsibilities

Role Summary:

The PMO – Supply Planning is responsible for driving program governance, cross-functional coordination, and process discipline across Supply Planning initiatives. The role ensures that assortment, inventory, and network supply projects are tracked, reported, and delivered on time, while acting as the central point of alignment between Supply Planning, Commercial, Warehouse Operations, and other stakeholder teams.

A. Job Duties1. Program & Project Governance

• Own the end-to-end project tracker for Supply Planning initiatives (e.g., assortment reviews, inventory rebalancing programs, SKU onboarding pilots, Warehouse planning), ensuring clear milestones, owners, and deadlines.
• Set up and maintain project governance cadence — weekly/monthly syncs, steering committee updates, and escalation channels — to keep initiatives on track.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies across projects early, and drive resolution with the relevant teams (Commercial, Inbound Planning, Warehouse Operations).

2. Cross-functional Coordination

• Act as the operational bridge between Supply Planning and other functions (Commercial, Warehouse, Inbound/Outbound Planning, Tech/Product) to align priorities and unblock execution.
• Coordinate requirement gathering, timeline alignment, and change management for new tools, processes, or policy rollouts affecting Supply Planning.
• Facilitate cross-team alignment and troubleshooting sessions to resolve upstream planning and fulfillment issues.

3. Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Build and maintain dashboards/reports on program status, key supply metrics (stock readiness, inbound completion, coverage days, warehouse utilization) for leadership visibility.
• Consolidate updates from multiple workstreams into concise, leadership-ready summaries (status, risks, next steps).
• Track action items and follow up on commitments made across meetings to ensure accountability.

4. Process Improvement & Documentation

• Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and process flows for Supply Planning to improve consistency and onboarding of new team members.
• Support the design and continuous improvement of supply planning logic, tools, and workflows in partnership with Product/Tech teams.
• Conduct retrospectives on completed initiatives to capture lessons learned and drive process maturity.
• Other tasks will be assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in program/project management, PMO, business operations, or cross-functional coordination roles; e-commerce, FMCG, or logistics background preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously, track deliverables, and drive stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Ability to synthesize complex, multi-stream updates into clear, concise reporting for leadership.
• Proficient in Excel including pivot tables, lookup functions, and logic formulas; Power BI, R or Python will be a plus
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams (Supply Planning, Commercial, Warehouse, Tech) toward shared goals.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing tasks across multiple warehouses and categories simultaneously.
