Senior Social Media Partnerships - Marketing, Shopee

Responsibilities

Responsible for driving growth across social media Ads, marketing communications, and KOL acquisition to strengthen social media affiliate adoption and business performance.

• Take responsibility for Ads strategy to improve traffic performance and efficiency.
• Develop and implement marketing communication plans to support project objectives and creator engagement.
• Drive KOL acquisition initiatives to expand the creator base and increase platform activity.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure strong alignment and execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize based on data-driven insights.
• Other adhoc task as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, marketing strategy, or commercial roles.
• Data analytical and reporting capabilities as well as critical thinking for evaluating deal and/or campaign effectiveness.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and coordination skills.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple partnerships simultaneously.
• Good command of English.
• Proficient in google suites products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Direct experience in e-commerce or tech field.
• Social media platform knowledge and KOL management experience.
