Responsibilities
- Conduct research and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives and project planning
- Assist in gathering data and analysing operational performance to generate actionable insights and identify improvement opportunities
- Propose and support initiatives to improve operational metrics, enhance seller experience, tracking impact through data-driven measurement
- Monitor project progress and key milestones to ensure timely execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive alignment and implementation of initiatives
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Strong research and analytical skills, with ability to synthesise information and draw actionable insights
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of data visualisation tools is a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Highly adaptable, with a proactive and resourceful mindset
- Full-time interns for 3 to 6 months preferred
