About the role
We are looking for a Branding & Partnerships Specialist to join our Singapore Marketing – Brand & Communications Team. This role will focus on strategic marketing initiatives in the form of partnerships or brand collaborations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnerships, offline marketing, and budget planning, with the ability to drive impactful branding efforts.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow both new and existing relationships with top brands and organisations in Singapore, to deliver win-win partnerships on branding, engagement, and user acquisition
- Collaborate with media agencies to develop offline media-buys, and execute offline media plans that maximise campaign reach, visibility and impact
- Conceptualise, develop and execute partnership campaigns, ensuring smooth and timely execution of campaigns
- Coordinate marketing resources with multiple teams to deliver campaign results
- Review and analyse performance of partnerships for each campaign and gather insights for improvements and new opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing, or related technical field
- Relevant experience working in marketing and partnerships roles, with a strong track record of building relationships and project management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with a diversity of stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple projects from end-to-end and timelines effectively
- Able to analyse data and derive actionable insights that guide business decisions
- Able to pay attention to detail and bring onboard different perspectives and generate fresh solutions
- Able to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment to achieve team objectives
