WH Expansion Project- WH OpX, Scommerce

WH Expansion PMO has 2 parts:

• Site construction (Builng a warehouse on Land and ensuring it meets our requirement) this part cooardinate with Ladlord/ developer
• Site installations (Mechanical structures such as Highracks/ shelving/ conveyors etc) this part coordinate with vendors for diff kind of equipments

Responsibilities

• Evaluate land suitability, access, infrastructure capacity, and technical risks.
• Translate logistics and operational requirements into practical site layouts (dock layout, truck flow, drainage, utilities).
• Prepare and review schematic designs for warehouses, distribution centers and related infrastructure.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new sites
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholder during early design stages and construction stage
• Ensure all projects meet engineering standards, safety requirements, and long-term operational needs
• To write down the RFQ documents to share with vendors, able to compare solutions and select best fit solution for our requirement.
• Work based on agreed timelines and closely follow up with vendors on deliverables including installation progress/ testing & inspection before handing it to operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering .
• 2-3 years Experience in Warehouse/ logistics or process engineering
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical issues into strategic insights.
• Proficient in AutoCAD / Civil 3D or equivalent.
• Good at negotiation, and decision-making skills.
