Continuous Improvement Lead Trainer, SCommerce (Calamba, Laguna)

Responsibilities

• Overseeing CI tasks/trainings ensuring all are done within the expected timeline
• Supporting future Warehouse expansion deployment where NFTE's cannot be assigned
• Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure CI initiatives are effectively implemented and sustained within the WH's
• Driving CI initiatives with strong ownership, accountability, and consistency
• Coaching new CI members and supporting floor operations

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in teaching or training or any related fields.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills
• Proficient in Google Apps (Google Slide, Google Sheets , etc)
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Strong ownership, accountability, and consistency in execution
