Senior Merchant Performance, Operations - ShopeeFood

Responsibilities

• Build SOP and protocol to collaborate with cross functional teams to improve merchant performance
• Daily manage merchants performance base on operations metrics and maintain performance merchant on Campaign and Livestream days
• Connect with stakeholders as Marketing, Business Development and Delivery Operations to prepare actions for Campaign and Livestream
• Daily monitor real time, alert relevant teams and take immediate actions in case of any issues that may affect operations performance

Manage Merchant Performance including:

1. Highlight the key indicators via daily/ weekly report
2. Produce operation insight through analysis
3. Investigate the issue’s root causes and propose solutions

Requirements

• 4 years of experienced in Operations related positions
• Strong data analysis skills and good attention to detail
• Strong problem solving skill
• Show dedication and ownership
