Assistant Manager, PMO Operations - ShopeeFood

Responsibilities

We are looking for an Operation Excellence Lead to drive efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement across key operations.

• Drive operational performance through new projects, SOP enhancements and AI adoption
• Oversee and optimize productivity in merchant operations, procurement, finance, and customer service.
• Monitor operational metrics to identify improvement areas and drive data-informed decisions.
• Manage risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations to enhance operational outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish, update, and implement company policies and procedures.
• Lead the development of the Operations team, ensuring performance aligns with business goals.
• Foster a culture of growth, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Operations, Project Management, with 3+ years in senior roles preferred.
• Strong expertise in data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in AI tool development is a plus
• Resilient, adaptable, and solution-oriented in fast-paced settings.
• Fluent in English.
