Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard a diverse range of partners, including short-tail affiliates, and online third-party partners.
• Proactively seek a variety of affiliate partners, with a focus on those experienced in CPS, CPI models, including short-tail (high-traffic) affiliate network and third-party (3P) online partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners, fostering positive and productive relationships.
• Collaborate closely with affiliates to ensure alignment with campaign objectives, timelines, and expectations.
• Partner with Finance, Tax, Legal, and other teams to manage payments and contracts, ensuring proper handling transactions and compliance with business guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 4-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role
• Strong English communication skills; able to convey ideas clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
• High level of accountability and ownership over projects and initiatives.
• Eager to learn, adapt, and explore new growth opportunities within the affiliate landscape.
• Open-minded and skilled at working with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve goals.
• Proficient in Google Workspace with a highly analytical, detail-oriented approach.
• Passionate about delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
