Responsibilities

• Define and develop project-specific frameworks to guarantee the successful delivery of business milestones within the project timeline.
• Analyze business and operational pain points through a data-driven approach to build targeted, structured solutions for key project deliverables.
• Align and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders on project prioritization, requirements, and execution milestones.
• Build and maintain AI-powered tools and automations to streamline internal processes and reduce manual effort within the project scope.
• Evaluate and report feature adoption, post-launch impacts, and project success metrics to key internal stakeholders.
• Identify and implement ongoing product improvements and optimizations based on feedback gathered throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Holds a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical quantitative field.
• Possesses hands-on experience or strong technical proficiency in building AI tools and APIs, including LLM-based automation and scripting.
• Highly proficient in SQL and Python for operational data extraction, data analysis, and technical automation.
• Demonstrates strong analytical capability and logical thinking to translate complex operational data into actionable product requirements.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for driving end-to-end product outcomes within project timelines.
• Self-motivated learner with high adaptability to fast-paced and evolving business environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with proven ability to align cross-functional teams toward shared milestones.
