Systems Specialist - Operations, SCommerce

Responsibilities

• Good at project management consisting of multiple Feature Requests + Change Requests
• Can handle the request on feature improvement and be familiar with the requirement management
• Capable to complete UAT to certify the compatibility of the current environment
• Being able to understand the system, feature and function mechanism
• Capable to identify the issue, reach out to PIC, and potential work plan
• Initiate and implement the improvement plan with solution, suggestion and feature request

Requirements

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering/ Systems Engineering/ Process Engineering or any bachelor's degree
• 2 years of work experience in E-Commerce or Internet service industry is a plus
• Strong warehousing background, sorting center background is preferable
• Able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Knowledgeable with MS and Google Applications
• Strong system and process understanding of logistics
• Good communication skills
• Good Excel skills
• Keen to details and highly organized
