Growth Project Management (VIP) - Marketing, Marketplace

User Growth team is in charge of managing projects in Shopee that will be the key lever in driving growth of our buyers using various strategies to generate increased market penetration and retention

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve VIP packages and benefit offerings to stay competitive, compelling, and commercially sustainable
• Research subscriber behaviour to inform benefit design, packaging decisions, and programme improvements
• Plan, execute, and analyse VIP-exclusive benefits from briefing to post-implementation review — driving continuous improvement
• Own cross-functional project management across marketing, product, ops, and CS to keep initiatives on track
• Explore external partnerships to continuously enhance the VIP benefit ecosystem
• Turn performance data and user insights into strategic recommendations that shape the VIP roadmap
• Run multi-channel A/B tests on creative artwork (AW) and calls-to-action (CTA) to optimize traffic growth and marketing ROI
• Govern in-app and out-of-app assets to ensure optimal visibility, strict brand consistency, and a seamless user experience

Requirements

• 1–4 years in project management, product marketing, partnerships, or a related field
• Ability to think strategically about product and user experience while staying hands-on with execution
• Strong project management skills; comfortable owning multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Data-informed mindset — able to connect user insights and performance metrics to programme strategy
• Excellent communicator and collaborator across functions
• E-commerce or loyalty/subscription programme experience is a plus
