Growth Projects Intern, Shopee COO Office (Spring 2027)

Responsibilities

• Support projects that focus on end-to-end growth and optimisation of initiatives to improve commercial, traffic and cost metrics
• Assist the team to identify, review and analyse key commercial metrics to improve campaign efficiency
• Support regular reporting, including data analysis and visualisation, identifying key issues, designing hypothesis, structuring analysis and proposing solutions
• Track and evaluate performance of user acquisition
• Monitor new initiatives by Shopee and our competitors, with a focus on identifying key areas of improvement
• Where needed, liaison with local and regional stakeholders within Shopee to consolidate data, assets, etc

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in related field and/or have relevant prior internship experience
• Proficient in Excel and Google Suite
• Able to work well in a dynamic environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time and stakeholder management skills
• Team-player, organised and detail-oriented individual
• Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
• Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
