Data Governance Intern (President's Office) (Spring 2027)

The President’s Office supports the Group President in driving enterprise-wide productivity and long-term value creation. The team leads cross-functional efforts focused on operational efficiency and AI transformation, working closely with Regional and Local teams to identify strategic improvement levers, align initiatives across business units, and accelerate scalable impact.

Responsibilities

• Help onboard teams into standardised processes for managing product development work
• Support the rollout of new initiatives by coordinating timelines, materials, and follow-ups
• Work with cross-functional teams to streamline governance and project tracking practices
• Assist in improving and maintaining key operational documentation and workflows
• Contribute to internal projects aimed at increasing transparency and accountability across teams
• Provide support on any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Computer Science, IS, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to analyse data and derive key insights that guide business decisions
• Ability to pay attention to details and manage tasks effectively
• Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
• Part-time interns (commit at least 3 working days a week) are also welcomed to apply
