Business Development (Incubation) Lead - Business Development, ShopeeFood

Responsibilities

• Responsible for guiding development and ensuring KPI implementation of the Business Development team for Shopee Food’s products and services.
• Analyze data to plan and strategize for the team in the short and long term.
• Lead the team to plan and strategize to achieve the set goals.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the operation of business activities.
• Responsible for managing, recruiting, and training the business development team.
• Regularly update business information of product categories and food trends of the market with team members.
• Prepare reports as required for management team
• Perform other tasks as required.

Requirements

• University degree or above majoring in: Business Administration, Marketing, …
• At least 03 years of experience in Sales, have connection with restaurant chains/brands in the F&B market.
• Prefer candidates with experience in business development in the field of E-commerce, E-wallet.
• Passion for business.
• Able to work under high pressure
• Agility, adaptability and good teamwork
• Good management, negotiation and presentation skills.
• High sense of responsibility at work.
• Proficient in using Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Search, process, analyze information and make decisions.
