Senior Associate - Warehouse Solution Design Specialist - Warehouse, Shopee

Responsibilities

• Define new warehouse setup requirements based on SKU profiles, inventory levels, order volumes, and peak demand.
• Design and size Goods-to-Person (G2P) automation solutions, including tote capacity, robots, workstations, and charging infrastructure.
• Develop technical specifications, requests for proposals (RFPs), and measurable performance and acceptance criteria.
• Review vendor layouts, sizing calculations, and simulations to validate assumptions and capacity under peak demand and concurrent inbound/outbound operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to support installation, system integration, performance testing, and go-live readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in warehouse solution design, logistics engineering, or automation.
• Good understanding of warehouse processes, storage systems, and layout design.
• Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD; SQL, BI, or simulation tools are a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong ownership.
• G2P automation, system integration, business case development, or implementation experience is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
