We’re seeking a Staff, HR Business Partner to support our regional talent strategy and drive the execution of people solutions that enable business growth. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will serve as a trusted advisor to key leaders, working closely with regional leaders to support rapid expansion and organizational transformation.

The ideal candidate is an operational self-starter who thinks globally, influences with credibility, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You know how to simplify in the face of complexity and build systems that scale. You are purpose-driven, resourceful, and grounded in a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
In this role, you will translate global strategy into culturally informed regional execution enabling local adoption while avoiding unnecessary customization or duplication, You will work across the People Experience organization to support both functional and regional business needs and help shape a culture that attracts, develops, and empowers exceptional talent to drive meaningful impact every day.
