This position is responsible for the Maintenance Connection (MC) system to include equipment identification, parts inventory, requisition of parts, submitting work request, parts orders, reports and all data entry into the MC system. The Maintenance Coordinator is also responsible for owning the cleanliness and organization of all parts areas at the Waco site, not limited to Automation areas. This position will be responsible for assuring jobs are completed in a timely manner and achieving and maintaining all goals for MC at the Waco site. The Maintenance Coordinator will also support all ISO procedures involving maintenance and equipment, supporting process safety management. This position is the point of contact for contractors and vendors with annual contracts (i.e. Tennant, Arbon, and Raymond Handling)

  • Shift: Monday
  • Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans.

Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s staff, employees, and vendors.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have the legal right to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship now or in the future for employment visa status

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Trade degree or Industrial Maintenance certification
  • Have at least (1) years' experience with hands on maintenance or scheduling work
  • Have at least (1) years' experience with inventory maintenance
  • Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor and Planner Scheduler regarding work to be performed.
  • Requisition parts as required by MC system.
  • Maintain inventory.
  • Support AMT’s, as needed.
  • Vendor contact for ETA of parts and pricing.
  • Receive and stock all MRO items.
  • Set up and maintain stockroom using Maintenance Connection.
  • Promote a clean/safe workplace.
  • Dispose of trash properly into general trash receptacles, compactors, or placing non-hazardous, or hazardous waste into containers for disposal off-site.
