Bachelor’s degree with a recognized accounting certificate

• KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:Required:

• 5 to 10 years accounting experience gained in MNCs

• Proactive and team player

• Preferred:

• Experience with Oracle is a definite advantage, but not a must.

• Operates as independent professional and strong communication skills

• Good teamwork spirit and willing to learn

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Advanced oral and written by English language capability.

Main duties:

• Be responsible for GL, Preparation of journals entries for month end closing, prepared Financial Report of Hong Kong and AUS

• Prepare and review Balance Sheet Reconciliation report

• Fixed Asset

• Oversee preparation and tracking of capex, CIP movement report

• Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly tax filing

• Submit the Government surveys and questionnaires

• Prepare the Intercompany charge data

• Statutory audit

• Liaise with external auditors, Preparation of audit schedules, consolidation worksheets, RPT etc; Prepare GAAP to STAT report;

• Support Internal audit

• Support Lucernex of Hong Kong

• Ad Hoc tasks
