Are you a fluent French speaker with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our Consumer Brands Group (CBG) customers across France, providing high-quality service, problem-solving expertise, and strong relationship management.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our French B2B customers, supporting them by handling enquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. You’ll work closely with internal teams to make sure customer needs are met efficiently and accurately.
This role requires 3 days in the office, in Sheffield, (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday in week 1) and 2 days in the office (Tuesday and Thursday on week 2) - working full time on a hybrid basis.
- 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service or similar role.
- Strong skills in customer support, issue resolution, and communication.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal departments.
- Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to follow procedures and adapt where needed.
- Fluent French and English — essential.
- German language skills — beneficial.

Receive and process customer orders via email, phone, and electronic systems.

Ensure all orders are entered accurately into the ERP system by daily cut‑off times.

Handle enquiries and resolve customer complaints within your scope of responsibility.

Manage domestic orders of basic complexity and follow established work instructions.

Coordinate with internal departments—such as Shipping, Planning, Inventory, and Sales—to support order fulfilment.

Identify issues that require escalation and communicate them promptly to management.

Develop and maintain documentation and correspondence related to customer interactions.

Build strong working relationships across the organisation to ensure the best customer experience.

Positively contribute to the team environment and help coordinate cover during holidays.

Complete additional tasks as assigned.
