
Color Development Technician I
About the role

Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to determine the difference between colors so you can correctly tint paint to the colors desired by customers
TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Required:

Computer skills including but not excluded to Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access

Weekly Housekeeping Audits of the Process Service Room (PSR) and Blend Areas

Daily Housekeeping in PSR work area.

Complete monthly Safety Audits.

Assist Color Techs II and III by Blending color formulas, properly completing the color work sheets that range from one quart to 160 gallons.

Order toners as needed using Access ordering system.

Fill completed batches in appropriate containers.

Complete assigned weekly equipment Preventive Maintenance.

Monitor shelf-life dates of all toners for assigned dedoes mixers.

Maintain housekeeping and proper labeling on Hazardous Waste Satellite areas.

Remove outdated retains from retain area and take to WH on a monthly basis.

Assist the warehouse labeling containers upon request.
