The Continuous Improvement (CI) Analyst for Latin America supports the execution of the Global Operational Excellence strategy by providing analytical, operational, and project support to CI initiatives across facilities in the LATAM region. This role directly supports the CI Director and collaborates with regional leaders to advance standardization, digital transformation, problem-solving capability, and CI maturity.

The CI Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing operational data, supporting CI projects, coordinating KPI reporting, and helping deploy Lean tools and standard practices. This role requires strong collaboration with Facility Managers (FMs), Regional Facility Managers (RFMs), Quality, Supply Chain, Technical teams, and Digital/IT partners.
This is an individual contributor role focused on structured analysis, CI enablement, project support, and regional performance insights.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • 1–3+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing, quality, or continuous improvement roles.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to work with large data sets.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Micro Strategy) or advanced Excel.

  • Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures, ideally within Latin America.

  • Basic knowledge of Lean tools (5S, standard work, value stream mapping, root cause analysis).

  • Bilingual (Spanish/Portuguese + English).

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or progress toward certification.

  • Experience supporting CI projects or operational analytics.

  • Familiarity with manufacturing quality systems (ISO, SPC, KPIs).

  • Experience with digital platforms (Aurora, BIOS, Power Apps, MES systems).

  • Support CI projects across LATAM facilities by collecting data, executing analyses, and preparing reports, dashboards, and insights.

  • Coordinate and track CI activities, standard work adoption, and KPI progress using systems such as Kai Nexus, Micro Strategy, and other operational platforms.

  • Assist in implementing standardized processes, SOPs, audit tools, and quality systems under guidance of the CI Director.

  • Facilitate CI projects, including root-cause analysis, process mapping, and small kaizen activities.

  • Support digital transformation efforts, including system optimization (e.g., Aurora, BIOS), data automation, and reporting improvements.

  • Conduct periodic site visits to gather data, support project execution, and help validate CI progress
