About the role

We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Iberia finance team in Spain This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, multinational environment, supporting multiple legal entities and collaborating across global finance functions. For this position we can offer a hybrid work model.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration

  • 2-3 years of experience in finance/accounting, ideally in international and/or manufacturing environments

  • Strong knowledge of and experienced in Spanish accounting standards

  • Audit experience would be considered as an asset

  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred), advanced Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of Word and PowerPoint

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to translate financial data into clear business insights

  • Comfortable working across different organizational levels and cultures

  • High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail

  • Experience in a global business environment is highly valued

In this role, you will:

  • Support the Iberia Finance Controller across our legal entities, including a manufacturing plant and multiple locations in Spain and Portugal
  • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings in line with US GAAP and local statutory requirements
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including submissions to US Corporate
  • Support external audits by preparing and providing required documentation
  • Contribute to financial statement reviews and statutory reporting
  • Assist with tax compliance (corporate tax, VAT, statutory filings) in collaboration with external advisors
  • Partner with shared services to ensure accurate accounting entries and reporting integrity
  • Monitor compliance with local regulations, SOX requirements, and internal controls
  • Act as a key partner to the business by providing financial insights, highlighting risks, and supporting decision-making
  • Participate in finance projects, system improvements, and process optimization initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FP&A, Supply Chain, Commercial Finance, and Global Accounting/Tax teams
  • Support day-to-day accounting activities and continuous improvement of financial processes and controls
