
Finance Analyst – Iberia (Spain)
About the role
We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Iberia finance team in Spain This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, multinational environment, supporting multiple legal entities and collaborating across global finance functions. For this position we can offer a hybrid work model.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration

2-3 years of experience in finance/accounting, ideally in international and/or manufacturing environments

Strong knowledge of and experienced in Spanish accounting standards

Audit experience would be considered as an asset

Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred), advanced Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of Word and PowerPoint

Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to translate financial data into clear business insights

Comfortable working across different organizational levels and cultures

High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail

Experience in a global business environment is highly valued
In this role, you will:
- Support the Iberia Finance Controller across our legal entities, including a manufacturing plant and multiple locations in Spain and Portugal
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings in line with US GAAP and local statutory requirements
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including submissions to US Corporate
- Support external audits by preparing and providing required documentation
- Contribute to financial statement reviews and statutory reporting
- Assist with tax compliance (corporate tax, VAT, statutory filings) in collaboration with external advisors
- Partner with shared services to ensure accurate accounting entries and reporting integrity
- Monitor compliance with local regulations, SOX requirements, and internal controls
- Act as a key partner to the business by providing financial insights, highlighting risks, and supporting decision-making
- Participate in finance projects, system improvements, and process optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FP&A, Supply Chain, Commercial Finance, and Global Accounting/Tax teams
- Support day-to-day accounting activities and continuous improvement of financial processes and controls
