We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Timișoara. This is an office-based role where you will play a key part in ensuring smooth administrative management of the customer service function — from order reception through to final delivery.
You will act as a central point of coordination between the commercial team, customers, logistics partners, and Finance, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and a high level of customer satisfaction at every stage of the order-to-delivery process.
What We Are Looking For
Education & Experience
- Bachelor degree (required)
- Previous Customer Service experience (required)
- Experience working with ERP systems (preferred)
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel is essential (advanced level preferred – data handling, formulas, organizing information accurately)
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, etc.)

- Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Your Main Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders via email and phone
- Check stock availability and support supply coordination
- Accurately input and manage orders in the ERP system
- Create new articles, pricing references, and maintain order data
- Handle complex orders, including export documentation and certifications
- Coordinate delivery deadlines and proactively manage customer expectations
- Manage delivery notes and CMR documentation; liaise with carriers
- Process credit note requests and follow up on claims
- Maintain and update customer records (addresses, payment terms, contacts, product history)
- Prepare and send technical documentation, safety data sheets, catalogues, and related materials
- Support onboarding and training of new Customer Service colleagues
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and service optimization
