Project Management

The Senior HR Manager (m/w/d) is responsible for overseeing HR operations across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with global HR strategies and local compliance. This role involves managing local HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to support the business objectives and foster a positive work environment. The Senior HR Manager (m/w/d) will play a key role in developing and implementing HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.

  • Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on regional or multi-country HR management.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills; experience with employee relations and compliance.
  • Strategic HR Leadership : Ability to design and implement HR strategies that align with both global and regional business objectives, balancing long-term vision with operational execution.
  • Cross-Cultural & Remote Team Management : Skilled in leading diverse HR teams across multiple countries, fostering collaboration, inclusion, and high performance in a geographically dispersed environment.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance Expertise : Deep understanding of labor laws and employee relations practices across the cluster supported, with the ability to guide and support complex cases through the Employee Relations Manager.
  • Stakeholder Influence & Business Partnering : Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to build trust with senior leaders and align HR initiatives with business needs.
  • Change & Project Management : Proven ability to lead HR transformation and change initiatives across regions, ensuring smooth implementation and employee engagement.
  • Fluent English and German
  • Travel requirement - 30%

HR Strategy & Implementation:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure consistency in HR practices across all countries within the cluster while adapting to local regulations and cultural nuances.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead and support local HR teams across the cluster, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing among HR teams.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between local HR teams and the central HR function.

Business Partnering

  • Work closely with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR strategies with business goals and address business-specific HR needs and challenges.
  • Provide strategic HR support to Managers, ensuring HR initiatives support business objectives.

Change Management

  • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational changes and transformations.
  • Develop and implement communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged during periods of change.
  • Educate Employees and Managers on company policies and procedures to ensure understanding and compliance.
