The Financial Analyst position can gain exposure to many of the company’s operating units and interact with a variety of functional areas within the company spanning various levels of the organization. A successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced work environment. Attention to detail, as well as a desire and ability to problem solve through complex financial situations is a must.

• FORMAL EDUCATION: (GENERALLY, IF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IS ACCEPTABLE, THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THREE YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE FOR EVERY ONE YEAR OF COLLEGE EDUCATION REQUIRED)Required:
• Bachelor's degree with a focus in Accounting, Finance, or related field Preferred:
• Master's degree in Accounting or Finance or an MBA with a focus in Accounting, Finance or related field, CPA, or CMA Certification

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

• Required:

• 3 years of finance and/or accounting experience.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications.

• Experience with One Stream performance management software

• English, needed to have conversations.

• Preferred:

• Experience in financial planning & analytics or accounting.

• Experience implementing and testing new systems.

• Coordinate and execute Operational forecast and planning processes.

• Planning, budgeting, and forecasting for workforce, SG&A, and other non-operating expenses

• Developing and coordinating the annual incentive compensation budget process to ensure budgets are accurate and in alignment with the Company’s strategic goals and objectives

• Actively managing the incentive compensation budget adjustments to ensure accuracy is maintained throughout the year.

• Create and maintain financial models for forecasting and analytics.

• Track performance to forecast and pursue improvement opportunities.

• Finance business partner to support all functional areas with Ad Hoc request.

• Manage daily sales reporting.

• Prepare financial restatements.

• Prepare, load, and validate budget adjustments.

• Provide budget performance analysis to budget owners.

• Validate monthly budget data loads for accuracy.

• Participating in S&OP process providing improvements what represent better profitability to the business

• Execute responsibilities lawfully and according to company standards, which includes the company’s seven guiding values: integrity, people, service, quality, performance, innovation, and growth.
