We are currently seeking a highly analytical Procurement Analyst to ideally be based at our office in Rzeszów, Poland. A critical role to the regional Procurement organization, the Procurement Analyst is essential to the outperformance of the Procurement function. Reporting directly to Manager Sourcing Analysis, the role supports the regional organization through the following three primary objectives:

  • Ensure fact-based decisions can be made

  • Own regular communication to other functions, including management reports

  • Track the overall performance of the department

As the department owner for specific tools (Saving Tracking and Reporting Tool and Cost Model Template), the Sourcing Analyst will manage performance tracking and reporting (Savings, Working Capital improvement, Payment Terms, Cost Containment, Addressed Spend, etc.). The incumbent will support RFQs/RFPs creation and distribution and build market intelligence. The Procurement Analyst will have full insight into the Procurement process and understand how data can support outperformance within the function.

  • Procurement experience, with advanced Excel skills and application of fundamental Procurement principles and practices

  • Experience preparing, analyzing, and communicating data, including development of purchasing reports and cost models

  • Experience developing requests for proposals (RFPs) and supporting sourcing activities

  • Experience working within a complex supply chain and operating in an ERP environment

  • Prior experience operating effectively in a multi‑national and matrix organization

  • Strong communication skills, able to communicate clearly, assertively, effectively, and credibly across multi‑levels of an organization

  • Ensured compliance with department policies, procedures, and applicable laws, rules, and regulations

  • Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); advanced English skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent education and experience.

  • Be custodian of the Price List (and terms and conditions) update process into the system(s), including price list management in various ERP systems

  • Serve as liaison and maintain specific department components of the supply chain, including inventory tracking, vendor management, process issues, IT, and related areas

  • Track addressed spend value

  • Track Procurement performance, ensure relevant data submission from CPMs, publish reports, and work with Business Units to ensure data meets needs

  • Manage vendor data and develop/maintain reports such as vendor lists, performance history, price quotes, and related information

  • Perform complex special projects, including data compilation and analysis, process reviews, and development of findings and recommendations

  • Conduct RFQs/RFPs and e‑auctions using e‑Procurement tools, working with CPMs and supporting vendor response distribution and consolidation as needed

  • Ensure compliance with department policies, procedures, and applicable laws, rules, and regulations
