For our exciting Store in the Mall of Berlin we are looking for a Beauty Expert Stockroom (m/f/x) in Part time or fulltime. You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: Logistics Responsible for the receipt, organization, and proper storage of goods in the warehouse area Ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of goods between the warehouse and the sales floor Optimal warehouse management, including inventory monitoring and maintaining order and cleanliness Conducting regular inventories and stock checks to ensure product availability Coordinating timely reordering of goods in cooperation with the Supply Chain department and internal systems Ensuring compliance with internal warehouse and safety guidelines Stockroom Skills Continuous development of personal expertise in warehouse organization and logistics processes Training team members on best practices in goods handling and inventory control Developing efficient stockroom solutions to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns Collaborating closely with the store team to ensure product availability and sales readiness Operations Supporting the stocking and timely replenishment of the sales floor Preparing products for sale (e.g., labeling, unpacking, sorting) Working in close collaboration with Visual Merchandising on space updates and remodels Maintaining cleanliness and order in both the stockroom and on the sales floor Assisting with seasonal or campaign-related store conversions Manage shrinkage through proper storage Responsibility to run the stockroom according to Sephora Audit procedures Support and execute regular inventory counts KPIs Stock accuracy Inventory accuracy rate Availability of goods in comparison with sales targets Parts per goods receipt Average stock retention time Feedback from store team and customers Contribution of the stockroom to store performance Do not hesitate to apply if you have… Personal Skills Communicative, reliable, organized Team spirit Open, motivating and friendly manner Experience & Technical Skills Completed 3-year training in the field of logistics or at least 3-years experience in stockroom or operations Strong hands-on mentality and dynamic way of working Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure Good knowledge of the beauty industry & trends is an advantage Fluent in English or native language of the country Being LVMH Acts people oriented Shows creativity and drives innovation Strives for excellence Entrepreneurial spirit & mindset Here, you will find: Rewarding Compensation, that reflects your value - with an attractive salary package designed to recognize your skills and dedication.
