Ready for a career glow‑up? As Coordinator, Systems & Operations, you’ll support the day‑to‑day execution of retail system processes and operational activities that keep our stores running smoothly. The work you do will impact beauty every day, as you ensure data accuracy, operational consistency, and seamless support for stores and cross‑functional partners. You’ll be part of a collaborative Systems & Operations team united in beauty, supported by teammates who are equally passionate about delivering efficient processes, reliable systems, and a consistent client experience. What You’ll Do: Own the brand chargeback process, including reporting, tracking exemptions, and supporting dispute documentation Run weekly and monthly reports to support operational compliance, visibility, and meaningful business insights Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather reporting requirements and support reporting discussions Support the monthly RTV process, including file preparation, scheduling, and follow‑ups as directed Provide administrative and system support to COE leadership, including meeting notes, data pulls, and follow‑up actions Begin building foundational knowledge of merchandise support systems (AIM, NPF, BOWSER) through hands‑on learning and exposure Help monitor system performance, tracking issues and logging user feedback to support continuous improvement Assist with testing small process or system updates, documenting observations and learnings Coordinate with cross‑functional partners to troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate when needed Compile weekly stock continuity and business trend updates to support decision‑making Support ad hoc requests and team projects, contributing to broader COE and operational initiatives What You’ll Bring: A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience A basic understanding of retail operations, with prior retail or administrative experience considered an asset Strong analytical curiosity, numerical aptitude, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced retail environment Excellent attention to detail, with solid problem‑solving skills and a high degree of accuracy Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in an evolving environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional partners A proactive, adaptable approach, with interest in learning merchandise systems and retail process workflows #FSCHIRING What You’ll Get: Caring Community. We’re passionate about pay equity and transparency. The compensation ranges between CAD$57,800.00 - CAD$64,600.00 . The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
