Position Purpose: The Retail Supervisor is responsible for supporting the sales and operations in all stores in their designated region. Responsible for providing inspirational management of the Sales team, focusing on excellent Customer Experience, and driving commercial priorities. You will excel and enjoy this role if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: Manage Commercial Priorities Monitor sales and services results. Analyze Sales KPIs and take necessary steps in order to optimize sales performance. Assure proper communication and execution of all commercial priorities: Launches, Animations, Sales Mix, Beauty Pass Recruitment and Services. Optimize Gross Margin by maximizing sales by Categories and Markets. Regular visiting area stores (90% of time) in line with Sephora standards in order to drive operational excellence and assure expected sales results. Support store to deliver consistent qualitative KPI’s Manage Area Store Operations Support in the management of all retail operations in EAST Region. Monitor stock level and shrinkage of all inventory items and execute stock takes in line with Sephora policy. Support with store openings and renovations including all merchandising changes in line with Sephora standards, including animations and launches. Monitor effectiveness and usage of all Beauty Pass recruitment tools in order to optimize recruitment results. Closely monitor client service reporting and take necessary steps to improve the level of service Conduct Audit and Stores checklist Support on getting right stock and replenishment Support on podium booking during key commercial period Monitor store scheduling and attendance Inspiring People Management Participate in recruitment of store managers and personnel to assure best quality of candidates joining the team. Provide strong leadership and direction to Stores Personnel at all levels. Identify and establish development opportunities to improve sales and customer experience. Support on team development (Training attendance, training needs, in-store briefing and coaching) Review with the store managers’ annual performance review and quarterly review Create a disruptive / energetic environment in store Do not hesitate to apply if you have: You have a Degree in Business or Administration. You have experience in Customer Experience. Knowledge and experience in sales, service and commercial KPI environments focusing on, but nor restricted to, conversion and average basket Comprehensive beauty Industry knowledge, up to date on trends and latest products Competent in Microsoft office, you have knowledge in PowerPoint & Excel You have Flexibility, adaptability & creativity You fully understand the business needs and adapt to all requirements of a fast-paced environment. You can collaborate, connect, and build relationships with store teams, Retail Managers and different support teams within Sephora Middle East HQ. You have a Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, operations and/or services within the beauty/retail/hospitality industry Here, you will find: Community.
