As our Department Manager (Senior Beauty Advisor), you'll provide day-to-day supervisory oversight of the store’s operations as well as work closely with your team of fellow supervisors, the Assistant Store Manager and the Store Manager. Serving as an escalation point for clients and cast member matters and confidently make store operation decisions during core hours. Holding team briefings Supporting the SM & ASM to achieve store KPIs and targets Working on a rostered basis including weekends, early starts and late finishes We would love to hear from you if you: Have previous management experience in a fast paced, high volume retail sales environment Have strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels by leading by example Have a history of exceeding sales targets and KPI’s Are proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
