As a Sr. Partner Development Manager, you will act as the dedicated lead for the Level Blue relationship and serve as the primary architect of a global go-to-market strategy that transitions the world’s largest pure-play MSSP from a legacy tool provider to a foundational infrastructure partner.

This is a high-visibility role where you will act as the global "CEO of the Partnership," orchestrating engagement across sales, marketing, and operations to ensure Level Blue successfully delivers their Indigo™-powered MDR and DFIR services to the global enterprise market. If you have a "whatever it takes" attitude and a proven track record of navigating the bureaucratic complexities of Tier 1 Telcos and global MSSPs, we want to talk to you.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Global Partnership Ownership:

Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic lead for the Level Blue global partnership, managing the relationship at both the executive and field levels.

  • Field Alignment & "Market Making":

Work internally with global field sales teams to align Sentinel One sellers with Level Blue counterparts, fostering a culture of collaboration and joint account planning to drive partner-initiated deals.

  • Enablement & Strategy Execution:

Build and execute a comprehensive global enablement plan for Level Blue’s teams, including field sellers, pre-sales engineers, and post-sales delivery operations.

  • Escalation & Conflict Management:

Act as the primary global escalation point for field friction, enforcing Rules of Engagement (RoE) and ensuring internal Sentinel One teams are educated on collaboration frameworks and compensation models.

  • Strategic Expansion & Leadership:

Provide strategic guidance for future regional headcount in EMEA and APJ to ensure a unified global strategy as the partnership scales internationally.

  • Offer & Portfolio Strategy:

Partner with Level Blue to develop new managed services and offers that leverage the full Sentinel One portfolio.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work side-by-side with a dedicated Global Partner Solutions Engineer and Product Management to align the Sentinel One roadmap with the specific needs of the Indigo security platform.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

MSSP & IR Industry Veteran:

10+ years of high-tech channel sales or partner management experience, with a definitive track record of success working specifically with global **Managed Service Providers (MSSP)**and Incident Response (IR) firms.

  • Telco & Complex Channel Navigator:

Prior experience navigating the complex, often bureaucratic sales motions and organizational structures of Tier 1 Telco providers.

  • Strategic Architect:

Proven ability to build revenue-generating security service offerings and drive program governance for global service launches.

  • Sales Excellence:

Enterprise sales experience with an "actionable Rolodex" of decision-makers within the global MSSP and security ecosystem.

  • Platform Consolidation Mindset:

Direct experience in "rip-and-replace" or platform consolidation strategies, helping partners move from disparate legacy tools to a unified, AI-driven platform.

  • Communication & Presence:

Superb organizational, reporting, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both deeply technical leaders and C-suite executives.

  • Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

This U.S. role has a base pay range plus commissions that will vary based on the location of the candidate. The range posted here is the on-target earnings (OTE) for this position, inclusive of base salary and commissions. For some locations, a different pay range may apply. On Target Earnings:

$224,000—$308,000 USD
